Raleigh, N.C. — A kitchen king from Raleigh stole the show on Food Network's "Iron Chef America."
Walter Royal, executive chef of the Angus Barn, beat Iron Chef Cat Cora 51-43 in the show's latest kitchen battle. The secret ingredient was ostrich.
The judges praised his Southern dishes, which included ostrich pot pie, and ostrich burgers.
Royal also whipped up a dessert containing ostrich eggs.
