FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Pre-trial motions turn up damaging information in the Michelle Theer case.

In court Wednesday, it was revealed what investigators found on her computer: 48 searches for body bags on eBay. Defense attorneys are fighting to keep that information from jurors.

Theer is accused of killing her Air Force husband, Marty Theer, in 2000. She was on the run for several months before being caught in Florida.

Theer's trial is set to start in March.
