Durham Habitual Felon To Spend More Time Behind Bars

DURHAM, N.C. — A habitual felon in Durham described as a one-man crime spree will be spending more time behind bars.
Steven Riggs, who has a history of breaking and entering offenses, was sentenced to nearly 20 years in prison.
The 29-year-old has already spent nearly a decade behind bars.
The latest charges include credit card theft, assault and spitting on an officer.
