DURHAM, N.C. — A possible arsonist has a retirement community increasing security.
In the last two months, there have been several small fires set at Croasdaile Village in Durham.
Two weeks ago, someone set some grass on fire outside one of the buildings. The other fires happened inside the administrative building.
Investigators have a suspect and hope to make an arrest next week.
