WARREN COUNTY, N.C. — Warren County commissioners decided not to pursue any further appeals of a lawsuit against CVS.
Warren County sued after the pharmacy chain backed out of building a regional distribution center. The county was left holding $600,000 worth of land and legal expenses.
A Superior Court judge denied the county's claim and threw out the lawsuit.
