NCSU Student Accused Of Identity Theft Makes Court Appearance

RALEIGH, N.C. — A North Carolina State student accused of stealing other people's identities appears in court Monday.

Cordell Lyons was arrested in his dorm Friday.

Investigators say Lyons, a sophomore majoring in computer engineering, used stolen debit and credit card numbers to buy car parts over the Internet.

Lyons faces charges in both Wake County and the town of Apex.
