CLINTON, N.C. — A Clinton high-school principal is under investigation for the second time this month.
Clinton police and the State Bureau of Investigation are investigating claims that Clinton High School Principal Jeff Bell bumped a student during an incident at the school last week.
Bell denied the charges.
Earlier this month, the Clinton School Board cleared Bell of using a racial slur to describe an African-American school official.
