Suspect Sought In Wilson County Homicide

WILSON COUNTY, N.C. — Investigators in Wilson County are investigating a homicide on Old Black Creek Road.

Two responding officers found the victim lying on the floor of the home when they arrived at 1:09 a.m. Tuesday.

According to the Wilson County Sheriff's Office, six Hispanic subjects who were on the scene were interviewed and it was determined from their statements that a Hispanic male subject fatally wounded the victim, who has not been identified.

Investigators said the witnesses identified the suspect as Fabian Albarran, a Hispanic male in his late teens or early 20s.

It has not been determined what type of wounds the victim died from.

Officials said the suspect left the area in an older red Buick, possibly a Regal, with a grayish blue or grayish white hood.
