Raleigh Police Arrest Second Suspect In Homicide

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have made a second arrest in connection with a homicide in August.

Ronald Christopher Russell, 30, of Fayetteville, was recently arrested and charged in the death of Dexter Moore.

Moore was shot in his apartment at Autumn Hill Trace on Aug. 18. Police had already arrested 30-year-old Anthony Herring for the crime and charged him with murder

Russell's arrest was made with the cooperation of the Fayetteville Police Department.
