According to police, around 5:30 p.m., a man was buzzed into the CMI JewelryStore at 4640 Paragon Park Road under the pretense of having repair work done. Holdingthe door open, he allowed two accomplices into the business.
Police said once the men were inside, they smashed several cases and began removingmerchandise. No firearms were displayed.
The men fled the store on foot, but wereseen in a maroon vehicle that was thought to be either a Honda Accord or a ToyotaCamry.
There were no other customers in the store at the time of the robbery, police said.
The suspects are described as black males in their 20s. Each man appeared to beapproximately 6 feet tall and of average build. They all wore dark clothing that partiallyobscured their appearances.
