Two More Charged In Wal-Mart Photo Arrest

DUNN, N.C. — The wife of a Sampson County man charged with child pornography and her sister have been arrested.

Leyver Solis-Meza, 24, was arrested at a Wal-Mart in Dunn when he tried to pick up pornographic photographs of children he had dropped off to be developed. The children are 1, 5 and 6 years old.

Solis-Meza and his wife, 23-year-old Magdaly Reyes Aguilar, each has been charged with three counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, a felony, and three counts of using a minor to assist in obsecenity.

Magdaly's sister, 18-year-old Julia Reyes Aguilar, was charged with one count of each of the same two charges

All three are in the Sampson County jail under $100,000 bond each.

Leyver Solis-Meza has made his first court appearance on the charges. He will have a probable cause hearing in Harnett County on Tuesday.

The charges have been filed by both the Dunn Police Department and the Sampson County Sheriff's Office. The pictures were developed in Dunn, and the family lives in Newton Grove.

According to Dunn police det. David Whittenton, the Division of Social Services has taken the children from the home, and they are in foster care.
