<b>WAKE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — Deputies in Wake County arrested two men after a high-speed chase which lead them through four counties Tuesday night.

Curtis Page and Ronald Mims were arrested after a deputy noticed the car they were driving was stolen. When the deputy tried to stop them, they took off and a chase began.

The deputy followed the men through Harnett, Lee and Chatham counties before finally arresting them in Wake County.

Page is charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. Mimms is charged with speeding to elude arrest as well as theft and drug charges.

Mykia Daniel, an eighth grader at Ligon Middle School, was shot and killed on Monday in a north Raleigh apartment. A 16-year-old was charged with her murder.
