WARRENTON, N.C. — Warren County deputies are thankful for a group of deer hunters that helped them track down a burglary suspect Monday.

Authorities said Steve Bolton led them on a chase, but he crashed his car near Wise.

Bolton was injured and is now in the hospital. He was wanted in at least five overnight robberies.

Deputies said the hunters used cell phones and CB radios to help track Bolton.
