<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — The Durham Rescue Mission is expanding to help more people.

A new 10,000 square-foot thrift shop will occupy the building at the corner of Highway 55 and Cornwallis Road.

The shop will sell clothing and furniture. Proceeds will go to the mission's programs and operating costs.
