No More Warnings! Violators To Be Fined For Running Red Lights In Raleigh

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh's red light cameras are now taking pictures that could cost you.

The cameras at Dawson and South streets and at Six Forks Road and Rowan Street are now in the ticket business.

Engineers began testing the red light cameras in late July. Approximately 100 warning tickets were handed out.

Each violation will cost you $50. More cameras go up next month.
