Jury Selection Starts In Murder Trial Of Cumberland Clerk

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Jury selection is under way in the murder of a Cumberland County gas station worker.
Jeremiah Brewster is accused of shooting Timothy Potter during a robbery at an Amoco station nearly three years ago.
Originally, Jeremiah's brother, Jermaine, turned himself in and confessed to the shooting.
Murder charges against Jermaine Brewster were eventually dropped.
