FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Police are investigating a hit-and-run that took place early Monday morning on Morganton Road.
Fayetteville police said the incident happened in the parking lot of Pier One Imports.
Police say 26-year-old Timothy Rafferty suffered serious injuries.
Police have not said what the victim was doing in the parking lot or how he got hit.
