CARY, N.C. — Cary police have identified two of the three people killed in a wreck on U.S. 1 Saturday.

Two of the victims were from Moore County -- 29-year-old Frances Hernandez and her mother, Frances Porter.

Police are still working to identify a man who also was in the car.

Authorities say the three died when a van plowed into the back of their Oldsmobile, which was parked on the side of the road. The car burst into flames.

The van's driver is in the hospital. He has not been charged with anything yet.
