<b>ORANGE COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A man who asked a mother about her child's potty training is now charged with taking indecent liberties with her child.

Orange County deputies say Jason Humphrey walked up to a woman at an Efland car wash on Friday and started talking about her children and their diapers.

Investigators say Humphrey reached inside her van and touched her child on the stomach.

An Orange County captain says mothers in other areas have complained about Humphrey asking them personal questions about their children and potty training.

Humphrey is currently being held in the Orange County Jail on a $200,000 secured bond. The magistrate also ordered that Humphrey not be in the presence of any children other than family.
