<b>JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A northbound lane of Interstate 95 in Johnston County has reopened  following a wreck involving a tractor-trailer Monday morning.

The state Department of Transportation said the tractor-trailer hit the back of a DOT paint truck, striking the vehicle's bumper. No one hurt.

The northbound lane,  located just north of the Interstate 40 interchange, was closed to clear a fuel spill which resulted from the collision.

And in North Carolina, a woman gave birth in a car after an emergency room couldn't offer an ultrasound. The baby later died.
