CAMERON, N.C. — A man found dead in his home in Harnett County has been identified as James Hand, 44.
Officials said Hand's decomposed body was found in his Northridge Plantation home by his wife on Sunday. Hand was a retired Air Force Tech Sergeant.
His wife discovered his body after returning from out of town.
The body was taken to UNC Hospitals for an autopsy. No word if investigators suspect foul play.
