Buck has 15 years of experience in the medical industry, with more than 10 years in the cardiac rhythm sector. He was vice president of marketing and business development at Closure, which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson.

Buck is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in marketing. He also received a masters from Northwestern.
