SCOTLAND NECK, N.C. — The town of Scotland Neck was without water Thursday afternoon after a water line ruptured.
Crews were working to repair the line, and they expect to have water running by mid-morning Friday. Once water is restored, customers are asked to boil all water for one minute before its consumed.
