RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police need the public's help finding a person who may have information about vandalism to the miniature train ride at Pullen Park.
Investigators released a picture of the person. They said he might know who derailed the train that runs on through the park.
Authorities said someone also smashed out windows on the life-size railroad caboose on display at the park.
