ATLANTA, GA. — Richard Bennett, the chief executive officer of
smarTVideo
, has left the company, the firm said in a statement on Friday.
Bennett was replaced on an interim basis by David Ross, the president of the company.
Bennett also had served smarTVideo as chief financial officer and as a board member.
The firm also added John Abdo, an executive who sits on several other corporate boards, to its board of directors. Abdo is vice chairman of BankAtlantic Bancorp.
In another move, smarTVideo named William Loughman, a veteran of 25 years in finance, as its CFO.
