"Many organizations do not have processes in place, or reliable support providers available to prevent technology disasters and downtime from occurring," said Tim Finnegan, TotalCare program director. "Many organizations do not have processes in place, or reliable support providers available to prevent technology disasters and downtime from occurring. Others have internal IT staff that is overworked and therefore unable to respond to all support inquiries or perform the many tedious-but-necessary tasks that can prevent downtime. The common thread here with all these organizations is that they view downtime as a thorn in their side, but don't think much can be done to prevent it.
"Through our proprietary remote monitoring technology and talented bench of engineers, we are able to detect and correct technology issues before they disrupt our clients' business," he added.
