<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — The Supper Clubb in North Raleigh can no longer be a club.

The troubled nightclub lost its appeal with the city zoning administrator.

The city suspended the club's amplified entertainment permit after several violations, many involving criminal activity. The business can still stay open as a restaurant.

The club now plans to go a step further and appeal the suspension to the city council on Sept. 5.
