Firehouse will work with Peak 10's data center in Jacksonville, Fla. Peak 10 also operates data centers in Tampa, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Tenn., and Louisville, Ky.

Firehouse Subs has more than 230 sandwich shops spread across 11 states.
