The TikTok legislation was included as part of a larger $95 billion package providing foreign aid to Ukraine and Israel and was passed 79-18. It now goes to President Joe Biden, who has backed the TikTok proposal and has said he will sign the package as soon as he gets it.

<b>NASH COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A couple accused of abusing a 7-month-old boy, including breaking his bones, faced child abuse charges on Tuesday.

The infant's mother, 23-year-old Amanda Childress, and her boyfriend, 19-year-old Josh Robles, were in court in Nash County. Each faces three counts of felony abuse.

The baby is in a hospital with a fractured skull, ribs and leg. Investigators said he has new and old injuries. Once released, the child will go into the custody of the Department of Social Services.
