Raleigh Police Arrest 2 Suspects In Shooting

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have arrested two suspects involved in a violent shooting incident that occurred on Sunday.

At 4:55 p.m. on Sunday, gunshots were reported at the intersection of Rock Quarry Road and I-440 after a confrontation at Watson's Flea Market.

One suspect, Oscar Hernandez Gutierrez, fired from a moving vehicle into another moving vehicle, striking a 15-year-old and an adult.

Police located the driver, Jose Antonio Arroyo-Figueroa, and charged him with aiding and abetting an assault inflicting serious injuries with intent to kill.

Hernandez-Gutierrez also was arrested and charged with assault inflicting serious injuries with intent to kill.

A juvenile was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact.
