Arbitrator Orders Attorney To Turn Over Revels' Topless Photos

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — The focus of the Miss North Carolina crown controversy could soon become public.

On Monday, the arbitrator in the case ordered Barry Nakell, Rebekah Revels' attorney, to turn over topless pictures of her. Revels resigned as Miss North Carolina last summer after her ex-fiance told pageant officials about the photos.

Nakell opposes the motion, arguing that it violates her privacy.

A decision is expected early next month.
