RALEIGH, N.C. — Here is a list of schools presented on Tuesday to the Wake County Board of Education for year-round conversion. The board will hold a public hearing on Aug. 28 before finalizing a list on Sept. 5.

Ballentine Elementary

Baucom Elementary

Brassfield Elementary

Carver Elementary

Cedar Fork Elementary

Combs Elementary

Green Hope Elementary

Highcroft Elementary

Hodge Road Elementary

Holly Springs Elementary

Harris Creek Elementary

Knightdale Elementary

Leesville Road Elementary

Lockhart Elementary

Middle Creek Elementary

Olive Chapel Elementary

Pleasant Union Elementary

Rand Road Elementary

Salem Elementary

Vance Elementary

Wakefield Elementary

Wakelon Elementary

Willow Springs Elementary

Brooks Elementary, Forestville Elementary, Fuquay-Varina Elementary, Holly Ridge Elementary, Lacy Elementary, Wildwood Forest Elementary and York Elementary schools had met the criteria for year-round conversion, but the schools will not be recommended for the transition.
