UNC System Renews Contract For Technology Transfer Services With Seed Stage Associates

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Seed Stage Associates will continue to provide technology transfer services for 11 of the 16 members of the University of North Carolina system, having won a renewal of its contract with the UNC General Administration.
Seed Stage Associates is a for-profit subsidiary of Wake Forest University Health Services. Seed Stage has worked with the UNC system for the past three years.
The group has worked with Winston-Salem State University, N.C. School of the Arts, UNC Greensboro, UNC Asheville, N.C. A&T State University, Appalachian State University and Western Carolina University since 2003. UNC Wilmington, UNC Pembroke, Fayetteville State University, and Elizabeth City State University were added last year.
