A 20-year-old woman told investigators she entered the building at 11:10 p.m. The woman left the building briefly, but when she returned, police said, a man pushed her into a restroom, fondled her and performed oral sex on her.
The woman told investigators the man fled when he heard people outside in the apartment complex. She then called police.
The man is described as black with a light to medium complexion, measuring 6 feet to 6 feet 2 inches tall. He is in his late teens to mid-20s with chin-length brown hair, possibly in braids and parted down the middle.
The man wore dark baggy pants, an oversized white T-shirt and a dark ball cap that resembled a trucker's hat with net mesh in the back.
