CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is known for its blue and white colors, but now the university is seeing a new color -- green.
For the first time, UNC raised $241.2 million this year. Last year, the school raised just over $192 million.
The money comes from private donations that help establish scholarships and graduate fellowships.
