, which is based in Baltimore, said Monday that it had closed on the acquisition of Technology & Training Services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Technology & Training Services is a 20-year-old operation, It focuses on designing, implementing and supporting facilities and asset management systems for healthcare, government, education and other clients.
Clients include Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Duke University, and New Hanover Health Network.
"We'll receive the sales, marketing, infrastructure, and support we need so that we can focus on consulting with customers and helping them to leverage technology to more effectively manage their facilities," said TTS principal and owner Keith Newell.
