Raleigh police arrested a teenager on Wednesday in connection to the death of a 13-year-old girl earlier in the week. According to the Raleigh Police Department, Mykia Daniel, an eighth-grader at Ligon Middle School, was shot and killed on Monday in a north Raleigh Apartment. Police said the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released at the appropriate time.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Raleigh woman has admitted that she killed her husband.

Teresa Clawson pleaded guilty to murder Friday morning.

She stabbed her husband, Bruce, at least eight times in their home last year.

Police said Teresa Clawson cut herself after the attack. She didn't say what prompted it.

The judge allowed Teresa Clawson to go home Friday while she is out on bond. She will be sentenced Wednesday.
