DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are investigating a homicide that was discovered Monday morning in the
500 block of Hardee Street
.
Police said that maintenance workers found the body of Marvin Marcus Blake, 22, of 508 Hardee St., lying in tall weeds behind an apartment building at about 8:15 a.m.
Blake, who was pronounced dead at the scene, had been shot, police said.
No motive has been established at this time, police said.
