SELMA, N.C. — Authorities said it appears an argument escalated into murder Thursday morning in Selma.
The incident happened at the intersection of Watson and Sumner Streets.
Police say Raquim Ellis was walking in that area when he fired into a car, killing Tyrone Dublin and injuring Keith Barber.
Ellis was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with attempted murder, murder and discharging a weapon into occupied property.
