Ultimus To Build New Headquarters In Cary

CARY, N.C. — Ultimus
, a provider of business process management and workflow solution software, is building a new headquarters in Cary.
The company wants to consolidate its personnel and also needs additional space to support its growth. Ultimus has more than 1,600 customers around the world.
"This groundbreaking ceremony is a major mark in Ultimus' 12 year history," said Rashid Khan, chief executive officer and co-founder of Ultimus. "Our company has not only experienced years of growth, but we touch more than 80 countries around the world. As a successful world-wide company we are proud to be headquartered in the technology hotbed of North Carolina."
The new offices will cover 16,500 feet. Ultimus plans to occupy the space in the first quarter of next year.
