<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Investigators have released the name of a woman found dead in downtown Raleigh.

Authorities said Cynthia Edwards was stabbed to death at a home on Seawell Avenue at about 5 p.m. Friday.

Investigators are still looking into the case. They will not comment on a possible motive or suspects.
