Police Make 2 Arrests In Hodges Street Shooting

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two people have been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting on Hodges Street Saturday night.

Raleigh police arrested David Michael Torres and Tamika Campell Sunday night in Zebulon. Both are being charged with murder.

Joshua Paz, 16, was shot and killed Saturday on Hodges Street near Capitol Boulevard. Witnesses said a burgundy Honda Accord sped away from the scene.

Earlier Saturday, Tony Luft was robbed and shot on the same street. He's in fair condition after being shot in the back.
