Arson Suspect Accused Of Making Death Threats

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man charged with arson is now accused of threatening to kill two people.

Byron Miller was arrested and charged last week for trying to burn down his ex-girlfriend's apartment. Now, court records show that Miller is charged with threatening to kill two state witnesses.

He apparently made the threats from behind bars.

A judge raised Miller's bail from $70,000 to $270,000.
