Third Suspect In Fayetteville Triple Shooting Surrenders To Police

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A man wanted in a shooting that left three people wounded in Fayetteville last weeksurrendered to police Wednesday.

Police said Allen Jeffrey May II, 21, was charged with four counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon.

May is the third person arrested in a shooting involving two groups on West Rowan Street on May 7. Anthony Antonio Phillips Jr., 20, and May's brother, Stephen James May, 18, have been charged with felonious assault with a deadly weapon.

Allen May also is accused of shooting another man May 9, according to police. His bond was set at $300,000 -- $75,000 for each count.
