DURHAM, N.C. — Autopsy results are out for Jesica Santillan.
Santillan, 17, died after having two heart-lung transplants at Duke Hospital last February.
The autopsy shows Jesica died from a severe brain injury, which was the result of the first transplant, which was a mismatch. The first set of organs were the wrong blood type.
