Murder Suspect Accused Of Burning Raleigh Woman Appears In Court

RALEIGH, N.C. — A man accused of killing a Raleigh woman and burning her body made his first court appearance Monday.

Ronald Kappes will stay in jail since he is charged with first-degree murder. He turned himself in to police Friday.

Kappes is accused of killing Aracely Aguilar and dumping her burned body in Warren County last month.

Lynn Wick is also charged in connection with the murder.
