RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina State baseball team finally gets to play a home game at home Wednesday night.

Construction crews have been renovating the Wolfpack's home park, Doak Field. The $4.2 million facelift has kept the team on the road.

N.C. State will break in the upgraded facility with a game against UNC-Greensboro.

Prior to Thursday, the Wolfpack played its so-called home games in Kinston, Buies Creek, Durham, Wilson and Clayton.
