FORT BRAGG, N.C. — A Fort Bragg soldier is in more trouble with the law.
Thomas Stanley is now charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Last October, Stanley was charged with 20 counts of child exploitation.
Stanley has been out on bond, but investigators say these new charges did not occur since he has been out.
They say the incidents happened in 1998 when the alleged victim was under 16 years old. Authorities say the victim just came forward.
Stanley is scheduled to appear in court 9 a.m. Monday.
