Fire Damages Businesses At Fayetteville Strip Mall

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — An early morning fire damaged several stores in a Fayetteville strip mall Thursday.
Authorities say the fire started shortly before 6 a.m. at the shopping center on Sapona Road. Firefighters say the flames started inside a TV repair shop.
A storefront church, pork rind company and paging business suffered smoke and water damage.
Investigators are still trying to determine how it started.
