CARY, N.C. — Authorities have captured a suspect who was allegedly involved in a sexual assault in Cary.
Cary police say Pablo Hernandez, 25, was caught at approximately 10:30 a.m. Thursday after he pulled into his apartment complex.
Authorities say the alleged rape occurred at the Meadows of Kildaire in south Cary.
